About Me

Hi, I’m Jan Matos, and I believe that success in fitness—and in life—starts with the right MINDSET.

From an early age, I was drawn to structure, progression, and pushing limits. Whether it was in training, creativity, or personal growth, I always wanted to find ways to improve, to challenge myself, and to evolve. That drive led me to study human performance, strength training, and the science of transformation, earning my Master’s in Kinesiology & Exercise Science and my C.S.C.S. certification.

But beyond certifications and knowledge, what really matters to me is helping people break through their barriers—mentally and physically. I believe fitness is more than just lifting weights or following a diet; it's about building discipline, confidence, and resilience that translate into every area of life.

At my core, I want to guide others to find their own strength, purpose, and ability to stay LOCKED IN on their goals—not just in the gym, but in everything they pursue.
