1. About this service
Locked In is a coaching app that lets a strength & conditioning coach ("Coach") work with individual athletes ("Athletes", or their legal guardians for athletes under 18). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information at sign-up and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal — do not share your login.
3. Athletes under 18
If the Athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent during onboarding and is responsible for the account. The Coach may share a limited weekly summary with the guardian (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Coaching content is not medical advice
Training programs, nutrition guidance, and check-in feedback provided through Locked In are for general fitness and coaching purposes. They are not medical, therapeutic, or nutritional advice from a licensed clinician. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have any injury, medical condition, or are pregnant.
5. Assumption of risk
Strength and conditioning carries inherent physical risk. You agree to train within your ability, follow proper technique, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. You acknowledge that the Coach and Locked In are not liable for injury arising from your training.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Locked In to harass others, share content that is unlawful, or attempt to access another user's data. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.
7. Payments and billing
Billing is handled directly between the Coach and the Athlete/guardian outside the app. The billing tracker inside the app is a record-keeping tool only.
8. Termination
You can request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). The Coach may end the coaching relationship, in which case your data may be removed in line with the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated. We'll surface material changes in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
